Group Fitness classes are designed to bring variety and motivation to your workouts. Our Group Fitness classes are Metabolic Circuit Style Conditioning that is going to focus on building strength, creating/maintaining muscle endurance, as well as getting some cardiovascular health too! Our classes are at 5am, noon, 4pm, and 5pm daily! We even offer a 7am, 8am on Saturdays! If you miss a class do not worry, we will post the workout on the board for you to do when you get here! We also have additional classes that are available such as yoga and dance class that our ran by independent trainers at our facility for members and non members!
