Group Fitness classes are designed to bring variety and motivation to your workouts. Our Group Fitness classes are Metabolic Circuit Style Conditioning that is going to focus  on building strength, creating/maintaining muscle endurance, as well as getting some cardiovascular health too!  Our classes are at 5am,  noon, 4pm, and 5pm daily! We even offer a 7am, 8am on Saturdays!  If you miss a class do not worry, we will post the workout on the board for you to do when you get here! We also have additional classes that are available such as yoga and dance class that our ran by independent trainers at our facility for members and non members!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is a one-on-one option available for an additional fee. We use the top trainers who are motivated to help you reach your fitness goals. Each training session is designed specifically for you! Whether it is strength building, toning, endurance, or working on key areas, our trainers are here to give you expert advice and walk you through workouts to target your unique goals.

GYM ACCESS

If you want a great gym, but are not interested in the classes a Gym Access Only membership will be great for you. You get 24-hour access to the gym and access to our on-site trainer for any needed direction in your workout.
